We work with joy, achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** * Supervise supply fulfillment (resolving out-of-stock situations and unaccounted products) to ensure availability of supplies at agencies, while monitoring service levels during truck loading. * Prepare, execute, and monitor the Annual Expense Plan (Forecast) to ensure achievement of KPIs established by CBC; authorize expense execution and manage supplier contracts. * Plan, monitor, and approve HR-related processes for direct reports—including overtime, expense reimbursements, vacations, leaves of absence, and days off—to ensure adherence to defined policies. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies to safeguard personnel and minimize environmental impact from operations. * Supervise billing, settlement, and banking management at agencies to maintain sound administrative governance. * Manage the implementation, monitoring, follow-up, and self-assessment of the Excellence Program to sustain high-quality, sustainable operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. **Additional Information** Grupo Mariposa’s mission is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
