




**REQUIREMENTS:** Final-year student, graduate, or bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience * Knowledge of bank reconciliation and accounting entries * Familiarity with PACON (Cash and Banking Module) * Proficiency in OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Design and project the Operational Plan and budget to ensure timely payments for financial obligations at month-end. 2. Prepare and report all banking and/or financial transactions conducted throughout the month. 3. Schedule payments to suppliers, administrative expenses, contributions, and future obligations according to valuation closings. 4. Supervise and analyze cash flows and produce forecasts to anticipate or warn of liquidity conditions necessary to meet financial obligations. 5. Update equipment valuation history based on hours worked and invoiced amounts. 6. Monthly update of supplier payment schedules, receivables, and daily transaction records—all in 2M MICON format. 7. Monthly update of the invoice register. 8. Monitor budgetary flow across all funding sources and report to the General and Administrative Management in accordance with the annual budget. 9. Review, analyze, and present daily bank positions for all accounts; promptly inform the Administration and Finance Management, as applicable, and alert them to significant variations that could affect the organization’s short- or long-term financial and economic position. 10. Enter payments into the banking system per daily requirements from Logistics, HR, Administration, and/or other involved departments, following approval by General Management. 11. Prepare established payment schedules and conduct prior financial controls. Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
