We are currently looking for: **Growth Lead (SEO \& CRO)** **Responsibilities** * Lead, manage, and develop the team of SEO and CRO specialists, analysts, and assistants. * Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive digital growth strategies for key clients. * Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for agencies and clients on SEO and CRO matters. * Collaborate with the Head of Growth in conceptualizing, developing, and selling new service products. * Identify growth levers through data analysis, experimentation, and rapid validation (Growth Experiments). * Analyze and interpret complex data to identify growth and optimization opportunities. * Ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables from the LIFT area. * Foster synergy between SEO and CRO disciplines to provide integrated solutions. * Coordinate with media, data, and product teams to implement short-, medium-, and long-term performance improvements. * Lead strategic growth presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. * Implement a continuous experimentation framework (Growth Sprints). * Stay updated on growth trends, martech, artificial intelligence applied to marketing, and funnel optimization. **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or digital business strategy. * Experience leading multidisciplinary marketing and data teams. * Proven track record implementing digital growth projects and performance optimization. * Experience managing agile projects and working with high-level stakeholders. * Mastery of full-funnel digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRO, Paid Media, CRM, Email Marketing). * Advanced knowledge of digital analytics: GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI. * Ability to design and optimize acquisition and retention funnels. * Experience with automation tools and APIs (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Salesforce). * Desired: knowledge of SQL, Python, and business intelligence dashboards. * Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely). * Experience with behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity). * Understanding of UX/UI to improve user experience based on data. **Working conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm * Work location: Miraflores, Lima * 100% covered EPS health insurance * Benefits under full payroll (CTS, bonuses, vacation) *At OMG, we do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, age, sex, gender, marital status, ideology, political opinions, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other personal, physical, or social condition.
