We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support mapping the processes of departments with the goal of optimizing outcomes. The candidate will also be responsible for defining roles, analyzing headcount, establishing KPIs for positions, and exploring automation options or implementation of AI agents. We are not seeking someone who gets overwhelmed by a large number of Excel reports, but rather a proactive individual capable of managing change and taking action.
