La Carmina Café is looking for a **PASTRY CHEF**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Technical degree in pastry, confectionery, chocolate making, culinary arts or related fields.** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in fine pastry, confectionery, and chocolate making. * **Experience in cake decoration**, including the use of fondant, buttercream, glaze, piping techniques, and custom designs for special events. * **Proficiency with kitchen tools and equipment** * Knowledge of recipes and cooking techniques, cutting techniques, etc. * **Availability to work: Rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, etc.** * Good personal presentation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Preparation of pastry and kitchen products.** * Quantitatively and qualitatively verify supplies. * **Daily reporting of inventory levels of supplies.** * Daily report of assigned production. * **Maintain order and cleanliness; keep the work area in optimal condition.** * Work under pressure during busy periods. * **Be willing to work as part of a team.** * Knowledge of labeling supplies and finished products. **BENEFITS:** * **Monthly salary S/1200** * Formal employment and benefits **Pleasant work environment.
