Dedicated personnel Responsible Proactive Responsibilities: Cleaning of all floors in the condominium. Cleaning of the building entrance area. Daily garbage removal. Cleaning of the building entrance or lobby area. Cleaning of garbage rooms located in each floor where waste is deposited. Cleaning and polishing of elevators, with special attention to buttons and mirrors—areas with high contact frequency. Cleaning of meeting rooms or even laundry rooms. Cleaning of emergency staircases. Glass cleaning—i.e., removal of fingerprints or stains—but excluding full-glass surfaces if large, as this requires a specialized person.
