Key Responsibilities: Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience We seek professionals with a social vocation and commitment to the holistic development of girls, boys, adolescents, and youth, capable of implementing transformative processes in urban community contexts, in coordination with churches and faith-based organizations. ✅ Academic Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences and/or Theology. * Minimum 2 years of related professional experience. * Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Social Development Project Management, with emphasis on childhood and adolescence, is desirable. ✅ Required Experience* Experience implementing social projects focused on the spiritual nutrition of children, adolescents, and youth. * Proven experience in training and mentoring youth clubs and adolescent and youth networks. * Experience coordinating and collaborating with churches, FBOs (Faith-Based Organizations), community leaders, and youth networks. * Intervention in peri-urban neighborhoods or marginalized urban contexts, promoting social and community development. * Experience managing and monitoring protection cases, emerging health issues, or vulnerability situations is desirable. ✅ Technical Knowledge* Social development project management and monitoring. * Trainer-of-trainers methodology and facilitation of group processes. * Use of methodological toolkits and participatory tools with CAY. * Proficiency in Office applications and digital tools (including smartphone use for activity registration and reporting). * Knowledge of conflict resolution, dynamic methodologies, and community-based work processes. * Knowledge of and ability to apply safeguarding policies, child protection standards, and organizational standards. ✅ Languages and Availability* English: Basic level (desirable). * Willingness to travel within Ecuador and conduct fieldwork on a permanent basis.
