




Modality: 100% On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:45pm Workplace: San Martín de Porres At Onyx Talent Management, we are looking for a **Compensation Generalist** for a renowned educational institution, who will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and efficiency in human resources processes. **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper management of the organization's compensation and benefits by administering headcount, budget, salary bands, and job evaluation methodologies, contributing to the development of a fair organizational structure aligned with the institution's strategy. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of remuneration, salary bands, and corporate benefits. * Experience with Hay methodology for job evaluation and description. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Power BI (information analysis and report generation). * Experience in gathering and updating job descriptions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the area's headcount and budget. * Handle and coordinate vacancy requests with user departments. * Develop and update salary bands and compensation policies. * Conduct remuneration analyses ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. * Gather, analyze, and update organizational job descriptions. * Implement and provide support in applying the Hay methodology. * Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. * Assist in HR budget preparation and cost projections. * Provide support during internal and external audits related to compensation.
