We seek responsible, organized, and determined individuals to join our operations team. **Main Responsibilities** * Entering data and updating information in the system. * Daily tracking of ongoing services. * Preparing reports and summaries. * Monitoring and immediately reporting incidents. **Requirements** * Availability to work **rotating 12-hour shifts** (8 a.m.–8 p.m. or 8 p.m.–8 a.m.), with one day off per week. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel and Office**. * Residence in the northern zone (San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos, Callao, Comas, or Independencia). * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Responsible, organized, and firm in character to effectively follow up on processes. **What We Offer** * Fixed salary of **S/1800 + S/200 performance bonus**. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one (50% benefits due to MYPE status). * Continuous training. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Positive work environment in a solid and expanding company.
