We believe technology is the engine, but people are the heart of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to ensure operational continuity and technological planning for diverse database platforms — **Cloud and On\-premise**. * **Ensure Availability:** Manage performance and security of critical infrastructure. * **Strategic Interaction:** Deliver value through continuous interaction between business and IT needs and the **Digital \& Analytics** teams. * **Robust Design:** Ensure scalable and optimized database architectures. * **Ecosystem Management:** Administer hybrid environments including Oracle, Microsoft, and GCP. **What are we looking for in you?** **Technical Competencies:** * **Databases:** Advanced knowledge of **Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server** administration. * **Cloud Computing:** Solid experience with **GCP (Google Cloud Platform)** and cloud security. * **Vendor Management:** Ability to oversee IT infrastructure services and ensure compliance with SLAs. * **Data Governance:** License management and active participation in technical audits. **Education and Certifications:** * **Education:** Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Certifications:** Valid certifications in database administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar IT roles and 2 years specifically as a DBA Specialist. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. **Soft Skills:** * **Critical Thinking:** Analytical skills for problem-solving and informed decision-making. * **Effective Communication:** Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * **Leadership and Adaptability:** Capacity to lead teams and manage change in dynamic environments. **Key Responsibilities** * **Administer** servers and databases in hybrid environments (Physical \+ Cloud). * **Coordinate** with external vendors to ensure infrastructure service operability. * **Translate** business requirements into clear technical specifications for IT teams. * **Document** architecture and execute maintenance and monitoring plans. **What do we offer?** * **Total Flexibility:** Hybrid work model adapted to the project (Miraflores office). * **Real Growth:** Career path based on your performance and seniority (Senior level required). * **Impact:** Participation in cutting-edge technology projects for a major mass-consumption company. * **Corporate Benefits:** Specialized contract for **IT staffing**. **Are you looking for a place where your potential becomes real experience?** We don’t expect you to be an expert in every tool from day one, but we do expect a solid technical foundation and discipline to keep learning.
