One day you might be working in a mixed-age group in Amersfoort, the next day in a baby group in Utrecht. Upon arrival, you'll meet your colleagues for the day. Over a cup of coffee, you'll go through the daily schedule and find out where your contribution is needed most. Throughout the day, you'll work together with your colleagues to ensure a good balance between rest, play, meals, and sleep. As a pedagogical professional, you contribute to the children's development and enjoyment. At the end of the day, the children are picked up, full of stories about their experiences.
