Our company is looking for outstanding professionals for the position of Valuation Engineer for a technical office on a construction project in Lima Norte. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in civil engineering. * Minimum of 03 years of experience performing similar duties in construction projects. * Proficiency in software related to the field: Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. * Strong skills in quantity surveying, valuations, scheduling, and reporting. * Experience with BIM is desirable. * Residing in SMP, Los Olivos, or Comas districts is preferable. * Immediate availability. **Functions:** * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of valuations until approval. * Monthly valuation of completed works according to the project budget, and other duties inherent to the position. * Implement the project control structure by defining how information will be recorded, collected, and processed. * Resolve technical queries regarding costs from supervision and/or subcontractors. * Continuous coordination for updating and reviewing the project's physical and financial progress. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Full-time** Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
