Position objective: Ensure the proper execution of the metal structure production process at all stages (cutting, assembly, galvanizing, assembly, and dispatch), guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, timelines, and documentation. In addition, the candidate must interpret structural and manufacturing drawings, providing technical support in coordination with the sales, logistics, and workshop teams. Main responsibilities: · Supervise and coordinate all stages of the production process at the plant. · Review and interpret structural and manufacturing drawings (AutoCAD or others), ensuring compliance in both fieldwork and workshop. · Prepare and/or validate detailed drawings and material lists for production. · Assist in preparing budgets and quotations through technical interpretation. · Control the efficient use of materials and supplies, reducing waste and rework. · Lead the production team and ensure continuous process improvement. · Coordinate with logistics and sales regarding dispatch scheduling and technical requirements. · Ensure workplace safety and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Requirements: · Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or related fields. · Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in mechanical-metallic or metal structures companies. · Proficiency in AutoCAD (reading, interpreting, and creating drawings). · Knowledge of cutting, assembly, galvanizing, assembly, and dispatch processes. · Experience managing productivity indicators, quality control, and cost control. · Leadership and personnel management skills.
