Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support operational management, inventory control, goods receiving, and dispatch, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory control and updates 2. Execute efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch processes 3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements We are currently looking for top talent to fill the position of **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT**, whose primary objective will be to support the warehouse’s operational management, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper goods receiving and dispatch, and adherence to established procedures. What will be your challenges? * Ensure accurate **recording, control, and updating of inventory**, maintaining data integrity within the system. * Efficiently execute **goods receiving, storage, and dispatch processes**, complying with established procedures. * Verify the **quality and quantity of received items**, reporting any discrepancies or incidents. * Maintain warehouse **order and proper organization**, optimizing space utilization and facilitating product location. * Support periodic **physical inventory counts** and reconcile results with the system. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure **timely fulfillment of requirements and delivery schedules**. * Comply with **safety, hygiene, and good warehousing practices**. * Teamwork. Requirements: Technical or university degree in Warehousing, Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar duties.
