At **FEDELTA Ingeniería EIRL** we are looking for a proactive **Warehouse Supervisor** with experience in the construction industry, who ensures efficient storage management, material control, and compliance with internal company procedures. **Requirements** * Technical degree in **Logistics**, **Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in construction warehouse management. * Knowledge of **ERP**, **Intermediate Excel**, and **GR/SUNAT regulations**. * Forklift license desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, store, and dispatch materials. * Verify materials against purchase/service orders (PO/SO) and issue shipping guides. * Conduct **weekly and cyclic inventories**, and perform monthly reconciliation (**Kardex–ERP**). * Maintain optimal stock levels (minimum, maximum, reorder points) applying **FIFO/FEFO**. * Manage **PPE and tools**, as well as returns. * Implement **5S methodology** and **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** controls in the warehouse. * Monitor **KPIs**: inventory accuracy, turnover, stockouts, and order preparation times.
