TOTALINDUS, a specialist company in architecture and engineering, is seeking a QUALITY ASSISTANT - QMS for Surco. Requirements:  Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Quality Sciences, or related fields.  Minimum 1 year of experience in activities related to the implementation or maintenance of management systems and/or quality-related activities.  Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, industry-specific standards, etc.).  Training in quality system auditing (preferable).  Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM in Surco (near Uni. Ricardo Palma). Responsibilities:  Implement, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).  Identify and manage deviations, corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvement initiatives.  Report to management on IMS performance and areas requiring improvement.  Manage and update system documentation, ensuring its dissemination and application.  Plan and coordinate internal audits and training sessions.  Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented actions and provide follow-up.  Organize satisfaction surveys and process results.  Manage the homologation and/or recertification process with clients, meeting technical, legal, and quality requirements.  Complete questionnaires and submit requested evidence to clients for evaluation.  Collect, verify, and update required documentation (certifications, licenses, registrations, quality policies, HSE, environment, etc.).  Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and evidence within established deadlines.  Follow up on homologation requests and address additional observations or requirements.  Maintain updated physical and digital records of current homologations and those due for renewal.  Assist management in defining policies, objectives, and process improvements.  Comply with and promote safety regulations.
