If you are a Falabella employee, review all available courses at Academia Falabella, which will help you continue advancing your development and prepare for your next adventure with us! **Job Mission:** Provide administrative support in the mall's daily activities, enabling the achievement of objectives. **Job Responsibilities:** * Enter daily tenant sales into the system and perform monthly closing by sending reports to Head Office. * Biweekly petty cash reconciliation. * Monitor supply levels of materials and hygiene products for the shopping center and administrative office. * Process and follow up on requests from the Mall Operations Department. * Receive customers, tenants, and the general public at administrative offices (front office). * Serve as the authorized liaison between the Mall and its suppliers regarding company procedures and policies. * Enter direct costs of mall operators into the system. * Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager, Operations Manager, and/or Mall Director. **Requirements:** Graduate in Business Administration or related fields 1 year of experience in positions with similar responsibilities Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) **Offer Conditions:
