Currently, we are seeking Store Managers for our first stores in Arequipa, located at the Real Plaza Piura shopping center. **How will we support you day to day?** * We’ll accompany you from your first day and focus on developing your talent. * To introduce you to the world of La Casa de las Carcasas, we’ll provide access to our onboarding academy called Start Trip and our e-learning platform for continuous training, helping you further develop your competencies (leadership, internal communication...). * We guarantee a stable position, as you’ll become a key pillar for us. * We offer a weekly schedule of 48 hours. * You’ll receive a base salary of S/2,800 plus sales commissions and performance bonuses. * You’ll enjoy exclusive discounts on all our products. **Important:** The role involves **rotating shifts within the shopping mall’s operating hours**, which run from **10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.** **What will be your responsibilities in the store?** * Drive sales while ensuring customer service standards are met, creating a unique shopping experience for our customers. * Take charge of staff selection, train new team members, and organize schedules and vacations to ensure smooth store operations. * Analyze KPIs and design action plans with your team to positively impact store performance and goal achievement. * Manage inventory, visual presentation, and store organization using all tools provided. * Be responsible for leading, motivating, and inspiring your team. **What do we expect from you?** * Passionate about customer service and highly motivated to further enhance your sales skills. * Experience leading store teams and familiar with the Retail sector. * Accustomed to working with KPIs and sales targets. * A role model for your team, achieving outstanding results together. **Like what you're reading?
