We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Ecommerce and Store Seller New Era Miraflores**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Efficiently manage and process New Era's E\-commerce channel orders, ensuring full compliance with daily cutoffs, and support other sales floor activities. * Actively participate in the merchandise receiving processes for New Era's E\-commerce channel, ensuring proper control, verification, and recording of products. * Contribute to loss and theft prevention within the store, including managing two warehouses under responsibility. * Supervise and carry out cyclic inventories for each INNER, verifying the accuracy of system records. * Ensure availability and up-to-date stock levels for the New Era E\-commerce store. * Properly prepare, pack, and label orders, meeting established presentation and dispatch standards. * Record product shipments (SKUs and boxes) on shared platforms or databases, maintaining accurate and updated information. * Continuously monitor and verify sales platforms (Saga Falabella, Ripley, Mercado Libre, Pedidos Web) to ensure proper order and delivery management. * Print required labels, manifests, and packaging materials for shipments. * Coordinate and continuously follow up on Kardex records together with the Logistics team, ensuring inventory traceability and control. **Job Requirements:** * **Academic Background:** Technical degree or graduate in Administration, Logistics Management, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 to 2 years in similar roles within E\-commerce, warehouse, or logistics areas, preferably in retail or mass consumer goods companies. **Skills:** * Experience with online sales platforms (Saga Falabella, Ripley, Mercado Libre, Pedidos Web). * Basic knowledge of inventories, stock control, and Kardex management. * Intermediate level in Excel and logistics management tools. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail and deadline compliance. * Organizational and teamwork skills. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity and adaptability. **Benefits:** * 100% coverage of basic EPS plan after the third month of employment. * Commissions for ecommerce and sales commissions. * Corporate discounts. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * General regime payroll.
