We are currently looking for: **Consumer Research Analyst** Responsibilities: · Design and execution of research studies: develop questionnaires, define samples, coordinate data collection, and validate data quality. · Analysis and synthesis of quantitative information: process and analyze databases, interpret results, and build meaningful conclusions. · Integration of qualitative and quantitative findings: collaborate with the team to create narratives that combine both approaches, providing a holistic view of the consumer. · Preparation of reports and presentations: produce clear and visual deliverables that connect evidence with implications for brand, media, or communication. · Support in research proposals: contribute to the methodological and budgetary design of new opportunities or internal briefs. · Continuous learning: stay updated on trends, emerging methodologies, digital analysis tools, and the Peruvian consumer context. · Internal coordination: actively collaborate with other agency departments (strategy, planning, media, creativity) to provide data and insights for ongoing projects. Requirements: · Graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. · Desirable postgraduate diploma or courses in market research, data analysis, or consumer behavior. · 1 to 2 years of experience in market or consumer research, preferably within agencies (media, research, or consulting). · Proven experience in design and analysis of quantitative studies, and knowledge of mixed-methodologies. · Previous experience working with brands or projects in fast-moving consumer goods, media, or communications is desirable.
