We are currently seeking personnel for our Miraflores office, for the position of **CUSTOMER SERVICE** in the district of **MIRAFLORES**. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university graduate in International Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Customs Agent, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of continuous experience in similar positions. * Availability to work on-site in Miraflores (Lima). * Knowledge of Foreign Trade, Imports (booking request process, cargo tracking, incoterms). * Proficient in SINTAD system. * English level: Intermediate/Advanced. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request rates and negotiate with shipping lines, consolidators, and transportation providers. * Monitor shipments, assign equipment, manage roll-overs, adjust unit quantities, and track vessel cut-offs. * Generate ROI in SINTAD and submit booking requests. * Coordinate and schedule transportation, warehouse, crew, and customer activities for SIL (empty container pickup, loading at platform, and full delivery to port terminal). * Request exporter documentation and manage DAM review. * Send shipment status updates and continuously track cargo with agent or exporter. * Submit shipping instructions and VGM according to shipping line deadlines. * Request customer freight details from operations and complete within 24 hours including purchase rate, selling rate, and settlement. * Review assigned customs clearance channel (green – orange – red). * Verify shipping line invoices to ensure alignment with agreed negotiations. * Track BL release, always confirming via WSP group chat to obtain authorization. * Follow up on updating the export consignee table located in TEAMS. * Send cargo TRACKING updates to clients on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive salary. * Professional growth. * Pleasant work environment. * Technological equipment (corporate phone and phone number).
