We are currently seeking personnel for our Miraflores office, for the position of **HR Assistant.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields * Specialization or diploma in Human Resources (desirable) * Intermediate/Advanced level in Excel * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Availability to work **3 days in Miraflores and 3 days in Callao.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare employee payroll sheets. * Manage, control, and prepare labor contracts and professional practice agreements, monthly follow-up on renewals for all staff. * Generate payroll projections (payroll, CTS, bonuses, etc.) * Manage affiliation and generation of insurance: SCTR (Health and Pensions), FOLA, EPS and Life Insurance, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Perform T \- Registry processes (hiring and termination). * Control and update personnel database and digital files. * Attend and provide timely support to employee inquiries regarding labor, contractual, benefits, and internal processes. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive salary. * Full social security payroll from the first day of work * Career development opportunities * Pleasant working environment. !APPLY NOW AND JOIN OUR FAMILY! English level: Intermediate/Advanced **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Request rates and negotiate with shipping lines, consolidators, and transport providers. * Monitor shipments, assign equipment, manage roll-overs, reduce or increase units, and track vessel cut-offs. * Generate ROI in SINTAD and request booking. * Coordinate and schedule transport, warehouse, crew, and client activities for SIL (empty container pickup, loading at platform, and full container delivery to port terminal). * Request exporter documentation and manage DAM review. * Send status updates and continuously track cargo to agent or exporter. * Submit shipping instructions and VGM according to shipping line deadlines. * Request freight details from client to operations and complete within 24 hours including purchase rate / sale rate / settlement. * Review assigned inspection channel (green – orange – red). * Review shipping line invoices to ensure alignment with agreed negotiations. * Track BL release, always confirming via group WSP to obtain authorization. * Follow up on updating the Export Consignee tracking sheet located in TEAMS. * Send cargo TRACKING to clients on (MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, and FRIDAYS). * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive Salary * Professional Growth * Pleasant Working Environment * Technological Equipment (phone and corporate number) Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From S/.2,200.00 per month Application question(s): * Is your current number * Do you have experience in similar positions?
