Responsibilities: * Receive the manufacturing order and clarify any doubts regarding the manufacturing order with the shift supervisor or responsible person. * Verify that packaging materials, trays, or other components are in perfect condition for use. * Prepare and condition the work area by implementing measures established by the company, such as safety, hygiene, and environmental protection measures. * Carry out the transformation and processing operations specified in the product’s manufacturing plan, including the following activities: · Machine operator assistance (cooking) · Cooling and packaging · Labeling of packages · Others. * Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming products for subsequent analysis according to company-established protocols. * Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during the execution of assigned tasks. * Report any process failures or non-compliance issues to the immediate supervisor. * Properly manage waste (equipment and machinery cleaning, trimmings, etc.). * Perform cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work area before, during, and after the work shift. * Complete the required records for the company’s management systems (occupational health and safety, food safety, quality, and others assigned). * Efficiently and responsibly carry out tasks assigned by the company.
