





RESTAURANT MANAGER Description RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Supervise and ensure the smooth operation and execution of restaurant activities. \* Lead team members to guarantee compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring satisfaction of internal and external customers as well as venue profitability. \* Achieve monthly performance targets. \* Manage and coordinate inspections during visits by company representatives. \* Operate the online system and monitor productivity. \* Report incidents occurring in the dining area. \* Supervise staff appearance and presentation in the dining area, verifying proper uniform wear. \* Review the daily incident logbook and handover documents daily. \* Resolve issues arising in the dining area. \* Continuously propose applicable promotions. \* Perform other duties related to the position. \* Ensure compliance with company regulations. \* Knowledge of beverages and spirits REQUIREMENTS: \* Experience as a RESTAURANT MANAGER in restaurants (minimum 5 years) \* Leadership skills or human resource management experience (MANDATORY) \* Availability to work rotating weekly shifts.
