We are looking for our next **Project Manager** Do you have the ability to lead high-performance teams, make decisions under pressure, and travel across Peru supervising strategic operations? **Are you someone who solves problems and negotiates directly with demanding clients?** **If so, this opportunity is for you.** A leading company in the industrial/services sector is seeking a senior professional to become the right-hand person of the Operations Manager. **What will you do?** * Supervise operations at various mining sites across the country. * Act as the link between clients and the company: meetings, complaints, negotiations. * Resolve operational contingencies with solid judgment. * Lead teams at mine and production plant sites. * Ensure 24/7 operational continuity and support strategic decision-making. * Supervise processes at the production plant. * Guarantee Safety Management in operations. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 9 years of experience as Supervisor, Deputy Manager, or similar in operations, * preferably in mining or industries with 24/7 operations. * At least 6 years of experience working in mining operations. * Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams. * Strong negotiation and high-level client management skills. * High tolerance for pressure and excellent decision-making abilities. * Full availability to travel (including holidays). * Strong communication, crisis management, and leadership skills. **Work location** Lima \+ frequent travel to operations in various regions of Peru.
