Outpatient Medical Services, part of the Breca Group and backed by Rimac Seguros, is looking for a **Provincial Experience Executive** **What will your mission be?** To guarantee an exceptional experience at clinics in the region, identifying improvement opportunities in processes and developing a work plan focused on exceeding customer expectations. Likewise, identify and manage pain points in the customer (companies) experience with Rimac. **What will your responsibilities be?** 1\) Visits to key clients in the region (Huaraz or Talara/Piura) a. Collect main improvement opportunities or complaints regarding service. b. Conduct client talks about programs and coverages c. Enroll clients in risk programs d. Report main findings after visits, generating impactful actions. 2\) Visits to healthcare providers (Huaraz or Talara/Piura) a. Manage improvement opportunities and critical cases (collected during client visits or through other channels). b. Update contacts c. Training on processes and products d. Review case studies: Complaints, claims, NPS comments. e. Ranking – coordinate meeting with Network and Agreements team. f. Report main activities after visits 3\) Coordination with internal departments at Rimac: Claims, Audit, Risk, CG, HR, SOAT, Operations, Product) **What are the job requirements?** ● Must reside in Huaraz or Talara/Piura region. ● Experience in customer service and/or handling complaints ● Studies in administration or related fields ● Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (will handle data and presentations) ● Knowledge of health insurance (ideal) ● Management with providers and internal Rimac departments. ● Provide authorizations at clinics regarding coverages. ● Reinforce processes and coverages with clinic staff (trainings). ● Generate weekly reports of findings and improvement plans. ● Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **What are we looking for?** ● Studies in administration or related fields. ● 3 or more years of experience in healthcare and/or customer service (clinics). ● Desired: Insurance knowledge. ● We expect the person taking on this role to have availability for 100% in-person attendance. **Benefits:** ● Rimac EPS health insurance ● Work hours: Monday to Friday 8am \- 5pm / Saturday 8am to 1pm ● Become part of the Breca Group family If you want to help us create a healthily happy world, apply now!
