We are currently seeking (01) Accounting Assistant: **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing accounting assistant duties. * Analytical ability, punctuality, proactivity, willingness to learn and support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Availability to work in Callao (opposite Lima Cargo). **Responsibilities:** * Record supporting documents and post journal entries in the accounting system according to transactions. * Verify compliance of petty cash expenses. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Account analysis. * Calculate payroll, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, and LBS (Labor Benefits Settlement). * Other duties compatible with or inherent to the position, or as assigned by the Department Head. * Effective communication, proactivity, teamwork, service orientation, and results-driven approach.
