The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **COMMUNITY MANAGER – PART TIME** **FUNCTIONS:** * Create audiovisual content about program activities * Manage assigned social media accounts and systematize basic interaction statistics * Coordinate with the pedagogical team on key messages * Design simple digital assets for events and achievements * Monitor interactions and respond on social media platforms **REQUIREMENTS:** * Student or graduate in Communications, Marketing, or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience * Knowledge of social media, photography, graphic design, and creative writing * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:50 p.m., and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/600.00 * Payroll registration from day one * Free corporate gym access * Pleasant work environment Position type: Part-time Salary: S/.600.00 per month Expected hours: 24 hours per week Work location: On-site
