




IT SUPPORT ANALYST A telecommunications company is seeking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join its team, who will be responsible for providing technical support at the hardware, software, and network levels to administrative and executive staff, ensuring the operational continuity of computer systems and equipment. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technician in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or as an IT analyst. * Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and basic knowledge of macOS. * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, routers, switches). * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace. * Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). * Familiarity with incident management platforms (Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk, etc.). * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Daily technical support for administrative and managerial users. * Installation and configuration of office equipment and applications. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and structured cabling. * User, permission, and access management on internal platforms. * Resolution of incidents (hardware, software, network). * Advising on technological tools and best practices. * Ensuring cybersecurity (antivirus, backups, etc.). * Documentation of incidents and solutions applied.
