




Receptionist – Habitat Hotel Miraflores **REQUIREMENTS** **Job Mission:** Deliver excellent guest service throughout the guest’s entire stay at the hotel, always remaining available to address any request in accordance with established standards. Interact empathetically and charismatically with guests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain a professional and warm presence. * Display genuinely friendly, approachable, and attentive behavior. * Ensure and guarantee compliance with check-in, check-out, and other departmental procedures, as well as perform established controls and audits. * Provide personalized attention to guests and clients, addressing their requests during their stay. * Organize and manage the front desk area and its tasks. * Plan daily activities, set priorities, and arrange and prepare the workspace, ensuring all necessary materials are available and in proper condition. * Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints by offering timely and satisfactory solutions. * Keep arrival reports, incident logs, and shift handover records up to date. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and continuous supply of the front desk area. * Foster interdepartmental collaboration to ensure an exceptional guest experience. * Answer and appropriately route guest phone calls. * Other duties as assigned. **Experience and Knowledge** * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position (PREFERRED) * Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment * Availability to work rotating shifts * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency * Experience using the Infhotel property management system (PREFERRED) * Excellent customer service skills and strong service orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,100.00 – PEN 1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
