Systems Engineer – ERP Implementation and Technological Innovation Specialist (Textile Companies) We are looking for someone who not only implements systems but also **proposes ideas, automates processes, and delivers real business impact**. **Required Education** * Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization or certification in **ERP** (SAP, others). **Mandatory Experience** * Minimum **3 to 5 years** leading or participating in ERP implementations. * Experience in **business process analysis**, configuration, testing, and go-live. * Preferred experience in **industrial or textile companies**. * Experience in technological innovation. **Technical Knowledge** * ERP: Production, Costing, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance modules. * Business process modeling and improvement (BPM). * Databases (SQL or others). * Process automation and operational digitalization. * Reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, dashboards). * System integrations and data governance.
