Currently, we are looking for the best talent and invite you to apply for our **Technical Support Assistant** position at our **Miraflores store**. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper operation of computer equipment and provide ongoing user assistance. * Detect and remove computer viruses and/or spyware. * Install and maintain software. * Install and configure computing equipment for end users. * Recover deleted or damaged data, perform hardware and software inventory and control, and update ESET Antivirus. * Maintenance of equipment (computers, laptops, printers), among others. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Computer Science. * More than 1 year of experience in the role, performing the indicated functions. * ITIL 4 course or certification. **Benefits:** * Payroll inclusion from day one, with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations, family allowance, Essalud insurance). * 100% covered lunch. * Food card. **Work schedule:** Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (one rest day) Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.2,000.00 per month Application questions: * Please provide your contact number * How long have you been working in this position?
