The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a chef in restaurant settings, particularly in restaurant openings, strong communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and capacity to perform effectively under pressure. **Job Description** * Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared for opening. * Carry out all necessary production tasks for the menu items required for lunch and dinner service. * Conduct stock control and inventory counts of produced items. * Place orders and submit requisitions to the warehouse department and follow up accordingly. * Ensure customers are satisfied with their dining experience. * Perform inventory counts. * Carry out cleaning duties at the end of service.
