At this time, we are seeking a Line Assistant with the following profile. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a kitchen assistant in collective catering and/or food concession services (preferred). * Minimum 1 year’s experience in customer service. * Gastronomy student (preferred). * Valid health certificate or ability to obtain one. * Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Dining hall service. * Preparation and distribution of snacks. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining hall and utensils. * Filling out temperature logs and verifying temperatures. * Preparing and setting up utensils. * Serving lunches and beverages. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration. * SCTR insurance and Life Insurance under Peruvian Law. * Salary: PEN 1,200. * Meals provided.
