At **REKLUTA**, a company specialized in international recruitment, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented **Recruitment Assistant** with experience in talent acquisition and selection for operational positions in hospitality, cleaning, and mass recruitment of operational staff in general. **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on social media and various job boards. * Coordinating interviews with candidates and external clients. * Conducting mass recruitment for operational positions. * Assisting in informational sessions for candidates about the hiring process. * Tracking candidates throughout the selection process. * Supporting job fairs and talent attraction strategies. * Updating reports and candidate databases. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in operational recruitment (hospitality, kitchen, cleaning, or related fields). * Proven experience in mass recruitment. * Knowledge of recruitment sources. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong sense of urgency and organization. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Availability to work on-site in Miraflores, Lima.
