Position Objective. Implement development actions that constitute the main link between WV's program team and local actors and communities, focused on working with local groups and organizations to contribute to children's well-being priorities. Main Functions. Implement and monitor children and adolescents' participation in development activities planned from a shared vision with the community. Ensure fulfillment of communication between the child and sponsor. Requirements. University graduate or student, or technical-level graduate in Humanities or Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Education) or other related fields with complementary experience in the area. Technical Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in community development work. Experience in implementing techniques or activities with a violence prevention focus. Experience working in contexts of social insecurity risk. 4x4 vehicle handling preferred. Reside in the work zone or neighboring municipalities.
