We are a project management company, seeking a professional with experience as a Mechanical Supervisor. What Are We Looking For? A proactive leader with experience to ensure compliance with regulations and processes according to the established standards in the construction manual. Requirements: * University degree and professional license in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with more than 10 years of experience * Minimum of 10 years of experience in project supervision and total quality control * Knowledge of current regulations applicable to construction and projects * Experience in structural works supervision * Welding course completed and certified * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, cost estimation, and budgeting * Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Availability to travel to Piura \- Sullana Responsibilities: * Evaluation and assurance of compliance with civil design criteria. * Assessment of project improvements and optimization. * Project cost estimation based on ratios and similar projects. * Estimation of the total project duration. * Scope compliance monitoring: issue change notices, generate change orders. * Verification of compliance with project specifications: materials, fabrication, construction process, protocols, testing. * Verification of construction processes according to standards. * Process inspections. * Risk management. * Deliverables according to client requirements. * Study and understand contract details: work plan, quality plan, safety plan, drawings and specifications, budget, schedule, and scope.
