**GENERAL FUNCTION:** Supervise and lead personnel under their charge, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to meet the quality and efficiency standards established by the company. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and guidance for professional development. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Review and analyze files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and that they are carried out accurately and promptly. * Monitor files and manage their processing until completion, ensuring established deadlines are met. * Prepare general reports for management and clients on the status of files and compliance with established deadlines, providing accurate and detailed information. * Participate in the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of file management, providing innovative solutions to optimize document management. * Manage and administer resources assigned for file management, ensuring appropriate task distribution. * Conduct meetings with clients to present results of assigned projects and receive feedback, maintaining transparent and effective communication to ensure satisfaction of all involved parties (companies, rural communities, individuals). * Coordinate with other departments within the projects division. And other related functions. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a File Analyst and/or File Valuation Specialist. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in supervisory, coordination, or leadership roles. * Experience in assessment and/or valuation of affected areas (crops, structures, uncultivated land, etc.) due to construction, operation, and maintenance activities of gas pipelines (desirable). **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Graduate and licensed Agricultural or Forestry Engineer, or related field. * Course in Physical and Legal Regularization of Rural Properties and Peasant Communities. * Course in Monitoring and Evaluation of Social Programs and Projects. * Course in Territory Management and Mapping. * Advanced Excel or equivalent.
