Currently, we are seeking top talent to join us as an Accounting Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS:** * \* Graduate and/or university bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields. * \* Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector. * \* Experience managing customer collections. * \* Proficiency in processing payments via banking platforms. * \* Experience handling petty cash, cash flow management, weekly reconciliations, and cash counts. * \* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (technical assessment will be conducted). * \* Essential knowledge of withholding taxes, advance payments, and tax withholdings. * \* Experience handling electronic payment vouchers. * \* Proven experience using the CONCAR system. * \* Solid expertise in bank reconciliations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * \* Process payments to suppliers, service providers, payroll, withholding taxes, and others. * \* Prepare and maintain up-to-date reports on payments to suppliers and customers. * \* Analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable. * \* Record accounting accruals (e.g., revenues, expenses) and validate supporting documentation. * \* Conduct periodic bank reconciliations. * \* Manage physical filing of banking documentation. * \* Prepare accounting and financial reports upon request. * \* Monitor and record pending expense reimbursements. * \* Support cash flow management. * \* Handle electronic payment vouchers. **BENEFITS:** * \* Career progression opportunities. * \* Ongoing training programs. * \* Competitive market-aligned salary. * \* Position type: Full-time (on-site).
