**Job Description** GEDECOR, a real estate management company, is looking for the best talents to fill the position of Cleaning Operator, according to the following profile: **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday, choose between: 7 am to 11 am or 8 am to 12 pm **REQUIREMENTS (only candidates meeting the requirements will be considered):** * Valid national ID (DNI) required. * Minimum experience in cleaning and/or maintenance. * Availability to work 4 hours per day. * No criminal or police records. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Keep all infrastructure clean and organized according to the weekly work plan. * Monitor minimum supply stock levels and report accordingly. * Select and sort recyclable materials into designated containers. * Ensure the proper care and maintenance of all building infrastructure. **WE OFFER:** * Timely biweekly payments. * 4-hour daily schedule. * Double pay on holidays, if applicable. * Job stability. * Paid weekly rest day. * Formal payroll + MYPE benefits. * Salary account. * Excellent work environment. * Job stability. * Ongoing training.
