




**Position Objective:** Optimize digital advertising investment through campaign planning, execution, and continuous improvement, ensuring greater reach, conversion, and marketing department ROI. Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of digital campaigns, generating more high-quality leads and improving advertising return on investment. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels. * Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs. * Implement audience segmentation and remarketing strategies. * Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI. * Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance. **Requirements:** * Required degree(s) or training: Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Years of experience: 1–2 years in digital campaign management. * Specific experience in: Managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads; audience segmentation and remarketing. * Key tools or software: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads. **Required Technical Skills:** Campaign management and optimization on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Analysis of digital metrics and KPIs. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Audience segmentation and keyword analysis.
