Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS** * Ongoing, incomplete or completed university/technical education. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Advisor in multifamily projects, land plots, automotive sector and/or commercial premises (retail). * Availability to work in the districts of Santa Anita, San Martin de Porres, and Independencia. * Basic level of Microsoft Office proficiency. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * CRM knowledge (Sperant - Evolta) (Desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide clients regarding the company's various projects. * Manage customer interest inquiries about the project and close sales. * Ensure proper compliance with sales processes, including recording them in the Sperant system. * Carry out and secure payment procedures. * Maintain the sales room in optimal condition.
