We are currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant to provide operational support in warehouse logistics management within a company dedicated to the sale and distribution of lubricants. This position is located in Piura. **Functions:** \- Assist in receiving goods and properly placing them within the warehouse. \- Conduct weekly inventory checks together with the Warehouse Coordinator. \- Anticipate potential stock shortages and report slow-moving products. \- Verify documentation required for dispatch execution. \- Perform picking and prepare orders. \- Ensure correct delivery of goods by verifying dispatch documentation. \- Deliver goods to the designated location according to the shipping guide. \- Accurately calculate amounts to be collected based on the exchange rate, followed by sales settlement. \- Ensure proper care of the assigned vehicle and safe driving, assuming full responsibility. \- Report any incidents or irregularities regarding dispatch and delivery processes directly to supervisors. \- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. \- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors within the scope of responsibilities. **Requirements:** \- Technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. \- Valid driver's license, minimum class A1. \- At least 1 year of experience as a warehouse assistant or aide. \- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. \- Experience handling shipping guides and supporting documentation. **Benefits:** General employment contract.
