**Requirements:** \- Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with more than 3 years of professional experience. \- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Construction Site Resident Engineer, specifically in the construction of 10-story multifamily buildings. \- Knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and prefabricated systems. \- Proficient in MS PROJECT, P6, AutoCAD, and BIM. \- Experience in project planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead methodologies. \- Experience in civil works and infrastructure projects. \- Familiarity with PMBOK, BIM, Last Planner, and Lean Construction principles. \- Availability to work in Piura. **Responsibilities:** \- Oversee project execution in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. \- Monitor and control both physical progress and economic performance of the project. \- Prepare valuation reports for clients and subcontractors. \- Develop, manage, and justify additional and deductive work items. \- Ensure the project is executed within established quality, scope, time, and safety parameters. \- Optimize the use of equipment, tools, and human resources, ensuring their proper utilization. \- Direct construction activities in alignment with objectives set by the construction management team. \- Plan and coordinate with on-site personnel and involved subcontractors. \- Manage material procurement requests and prepare progress reports, quality control records, staffing organization, meeting minutes, measurements, valuations, and other administrative documents. \- Submit weekly or biweekly progress reports and promptly report any anomalies affecting project scope, schedule, quality, or safety. \- Supervise and verify the quantity and quality of materials used in the project, coordinating sample collection and required testing. **Benefits:** \- Formal employment contract from day one. \- Social benefits under microenterprise regulations. \- Pleasant working environment. \- Team bonding events. \- Training opportunities. \- Career development path.
