**About Us** Ecosource is a U.S.–based commercial cleaning company. We are expanding our outbound sales team and are seeking motivated and experienced **Cold Calling Appointment Setters** to help us schedule qualified appointments with business owners and decision\-makers. **Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to potential business clients * Follow call scripts and maintain a professional tone * Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision\-makers * Accurately log call activity and notes in our CRM * Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet weekly targets **Qualifications** * **1\+ year experience** in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or outbound call center environment (required) * **Fluent English** — strong verbal communication skills * Confident and professional phone presence * Ability to follow scripts, processes, and maintain organization * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment **Preferred Experience** * Familiarity with CRM systems * Experience in appointment setting for service\-based businesses (a plus) **Compensation** * **$4–$5 USD per hour**, depending on experience * **Commissions** no cap. **Schedule** * Must be available during **U.S. business hours** (EST) * Full\-time role. **How to Apply** Please submit: * Resume * 30–60 video recording introduction speaking about yourself and relevant experience (required).
