Join our dynamic team, where we value innovation, commitment, and teamwork to continue leading the digital commerce world." **Key Responsibilities:** **Administrative and Document Management:** * Organize and archive financial and accounting documents, both physical and digital. * Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations related to the finance department. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures for handling sensitive documents. **Support in Financial Processes:** * Coordinate with the accounting department regarding the submission and receipt of invoices, payments, and payment receipts. * Review proper coding and classification of income and expenses. **Payment Monitoring and Control:** * Manage tracking of accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Reconcile bank statements under the supervision of the accounting department. * Monitor due dates and ensure timely payment fulfillment. **Support for Suppliers and Internal Clients:** * Respond to inquiries related to payments, invoicing, and financial documents. * Assist in resolving discrepancies or errors in financial transactions. **Collaboration with the Finance Team:** * Support budget preparation and financial data analysis. * Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on financial agreements. **Job Requirements:** * ***MUST HAVE \-\> Personal laptop*** * **Academic Background:** High school diploma or higher education; industrial engineering with logistics knowledge preferred. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ERP software experience (preferred). Knowledge of accounting and financial systems. * **Personal Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, and time management ability. Written and verbal communication skills.
