Key Responsibilities: 1-Support data entry of participation and monitoring information for registered children in the area into the Horizon system. 2- Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery process of GNs for registered children in the area according to sponsorship standards until the process is fully completed. 3- Manage the fleet assigned to the area, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and policies. Coordinate follow-ups and maintenance administration with the Fleet Supervisor and Area Coordinator. 4- Ensure control of fixed asset inventory in the area, closely coordinating with the Fixed Assets Administrator at ON, guaranteeing adherence to asset management policies and protocols. 5. Manage and ensure proper recording and safeguarding of goods and resource distribution to beneficiaries according to organizational guidelines that enable appropriate accountability.
