As **Customer Service** \- Part\-time, your role will be to ensure the best experience for our customers through: * Welcoming and serving customers with excellent, charismatic, and friendly service while meeting company standards. * Ensuring freshness, product rotation, labeling, and presentation both on display and packaging, maintaining clean and organized workspaces. * Delivering orders to tables * Processing customer payments via POS or cash * Recording and reporting product losses when applicable. * Complying with the organization's Quality, Information Security, and Occupational Health and Safety policies. * Performing multifunctional tasks **Requirements:** * Exceptional service attitude: being kind, empathetic, and charismatic is essential for the role.
