**Full Job Description** DENTAL MUÑOZ KIDS is seeking a part-time commercial staff member to conduct patient follow-ups. **Responsibilities:** \- Contact and advise potential customers who have discontinued treatment. \- Conduct telephone and digital follow-ups with the database of interested individuals until appointments are confirmed. * Classify, filter, and follow up on contacts generated from campaigns or portals. * Draft clear, courteous, and persuasive messages to customers. * Schedule patient appointments, make cold calls, and recover lost patients. * Understand concepts such as cross-selling, customer retention, persuasion, and experience in telesales. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel, Google Drive, and digital tools**. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to retain and recover customers. * Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude. * Participate in coordination meetings to propose improvements to lead-generation strategies. * Results-oriented mindset and performance based on objectives. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Commission payments for achieved goals. * Availability for **part-time** or **part-time** work. **Competencies:** * Assertive communication * Negotiation * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment Job type: Part-time SCHEDULE: **MONDAY TO FRIDAY**: 3 PM – 7 PM **SATURDAY:** 9 AM – 1 PM Salary: S/ 700 per month Employment condition: Payment via service fee receipt.
