




Our client, a recognized company dedicated to the distribution of children's products, is looking for **a Commercial Assistant**: **Functions:** · Request and analyze customer sales and stock levels. · Analyze budgets, costs, and profit margins at macro level, product lines, and branches. · Analyze and monitor sales indicators and adjust purchases accordingly. · Ensure proper product supply across channels by coordinating with the logistics department to generate orders and shipments. · Generate reports: proformas, orders, inventories, pending shipments, etc. · Analyze inventory levels of customers and warehouse according to the company’s sales targets. · Analyze the performance of promotions and/or commercial actions carried out by the company. · Monitor merchandise turnover. · Issue custody records, ensure numbering continuity, and manage company invoicing across different channels and business units. · Create POP materials and merchandise products in the accounting information system (SIC). · Generate proformas for traditional wholesale customers. **Requirements:** · Around 1 year of experience in sales, sales analysis, and/or business intelligence. · Knowledge of digital tools, document control, and basic analysis of commercial indicators. · Intermediate Excel skills are essential. · Experience in sales or CRM (desirable). · Experience with e\-commerce or online sales (desirable). · Knowledge of imports or logistics (desirable). · Availability to work 100% on-site (Monday to Friday) in the district of Miraflores.
